Handpicked from a 3-hectare unirrigated clay vineyard near Serra de Montejunto, these grapes undergo gentle destemming and crushing, followed by spontaneous fermentation in inox vats. Unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites, our wine features 11.5% alcohol, offering a crisp acidity and a touch of green on the nose.
