My summer wine is really made from all these things.

Our exquisite claret, crafted from hand-harvested Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grapes from a 7-hectare unirrigated clay vineyard. This wine undergoes co-fermentation after a brief skin contact, followed by spontaneous fermentation in inox vats. Unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites, this 12.8% alcohol claret boasts a complex, perfectly drinkable profile. Savor the refined elegance and depth of this exceptional wine today!
